Since day one of The Garden By The Woods, our staff has been there as expert guides for our retail clientele. At The Garden, you will find the best recommendations for your landscape as well as the latest, most inventive ways to install plant material, all discovered and crafted by our retail staff.
With 17 years of By The Woods installs under our belt and many more years of combined installation experience, our crew has worked diligently to develop expertise in a wide variety of landscaping. From masonry to annual plantings, they continually focus on quality workmanship and implementation.
Laura Wood, operating owner, founded By The Woods in 2001 and has been putting her heart and soul into the business ever since. She is involved in almost every aspect of the daily operations and was the lone designer until 2010. Her ability to dream up new landscape ideas and integrate them into a specific design has won the company the reputation it has today.
Laura strives to maintain a small, family oriented feel to the business. You may even see her son Zack helping out.“We treat our employees like family, and it shows in the work that everyone does. I really think that, with any relationship, you get back what you put in.”
